    The Food-in-Balance Vegan Kitchen is being developed in conjunction with our Permaculture Food-in-Balance Garden. It will be part of the next phase of project development, once the Food-in-Balance Bakery has settled into a rhythm.

    The Food-in-Balance Garden is located at our suburban home in Weybridge, Surrey. For decades it has comprised of a traditional lawn area, with borders of perennial shrubs and bulbs, a rockery in one corner and a small vegetable patch.

    The Food-in-Balance Wellness brand will be the last phase of development. It is envisaged that this will involve expanding the range and quantity of our plantings of herbs in the Food-in-Balance Garden.
